Sarah Carolin Kempf is Quality Manager Software at Körber Business Area Pharma with over seven years of experience supporting customers in the regulated pharmaceutical industry. With a background in medical computer science, she focuses on software qualification, regulatory compliance, and data integrity. Sarah is actively involved in industry networks such as GAMP D-A-CH and the ISPE Special Interest Group for Manufacturing Execution Systems (SIG MES), contributing to the advancement of best practices in pharmaceutical IT and quality management.

Carsten Bierans is Vice President Quality Management Software at Körber Business Area Pharma. Since 1997, the computer science graduate has been supporting clients in the GMP-regulated industry, and since 2003, he has been responsible for the Quality Management System. His key areas of expertise include agile collaboration, software qualification, GxP compliance, data integrity, and the application of cloud technology in GMP environments. In addition, he is active as a Master Business Coach, Business Trainer, and Mediator. Carsten has contributed to various GAMP® Guides and is actively engaged in GAMP D-A-CH, several ISPE Special Interest Groups (SIGs), and is a member of the APV IT expert group.
