As Sanofi’s Senior Vice President for Specialty Care Manufacturing & Supply, located in Paris, Daniela Ottini is responsible for overseeing the Manufacturing Network for Specialty Care products. With over a decade of experience at AbbVie, she served as the Vice President of External and Contract Manufacturing in Rome, Italy, managing a network of 170+ third-party manufacturers and a diverse portfolio ranging from Chemical Active Pharmaceuticals to Biologics, Drug Products, Devices, and Combination Products.
During her tenure as Vice President of Biologics Manufacturing in Dublin, Ireland, she managed a global network with four plants and approximately 1000 employees, focusing on Monoclonal Antibodies, Antibody drug conjugates, Sterile Filling, and Devices Subassemblies. Her leadership extends to strategic roles such as Vice President of Operations Integration, where she led the integration of AbbVie-Allergan for Operations.
Daniela has a rich history at Abbott, where she dedicated 16 years to various roles, including Manufacturing Director of Small Molecules in Italy and Regional Purchasing Manager in Maidenhead, UK.
