As Director Principal Consulting & Client Advisory, Michael Hasenauer and his team help customers in the pharma, biotech and cell & gene industries to define goals and strategies for their digital transformation journey using Körber's PAS-X portfolio and provide strategic consulting services during the various phases of global programs. Michael has 15 years of experience in various digitalization and digital transformation roles in the medical device and pharmaceutical industry. Prior to joining Körber, he spent 8 years at Novartis in different roles of increasing responsibility at local and global levels. He was responsible for the MES business project management for the pharmaceutical site Schaftenau in Austria, as well as for the harmonization and standardization of sterile manufacturing and packaging processes within the global aseptic network. Most recently, he was the Digital Product Owner for a global digital lighthouse program to build an insight center based on an advanced analytics ecosystem and user-centric digital solutions, e.g. to provide manufacturing sites with advanced analytics for real-time tactical decision making or economic order quantity simulation to optimize supply chain and manufacturing costs.
Stefan Ramstig is the senior manager of MES/PAS-X/Serialization, overseeing project, system, and people management in the pharmaceutical sector with a focus on GxP regulated environments. With more than 15 years of management experience, he boasts a robust IT background centered on service delivery management. Stefan's leadership is instrumental in navigating regulatory complexities and driving operational excellence within pharmaceutical manufacturing.
