Join for a futuristic, end-of-day panel that cuts through the noise to uncover the real story behind AI integration in Manufacturing Execution Systems. From enhancing human decisions and automating routine tasks to navigating the high-stake landscape of GxP compliance, we will explore where AI is succeeding, where it is struggling, and what still holds the industry back. This high-energy discussion features experts who have lived through the MES adaptation and embraced innovation under audit pressure; and envisioning agentic intelligence in validated environments. You will walk away with a good understanding of what’s coming next, and what you need to do to lead the charge. Because the real question isn’t “To Be or Not to Be?” It is: “Will your MES be ready as AI knocks on the Door!” This panel will explore:

The Pop in Your Job: What drives me is transforming MES from a static execution tool into a strategic asset—scalable, intelligent, and ready to evolve. I’m passionate about building frameworks that accelerate recipe delivery, empower global collaboration, and promote operational harmony across sites. A huge driver for me is when my leadership challenges me to think bigger, push boundaries, and architect solutions that truly move the business forward. It sharpens my focus and brings out the best in my approach to building high-value MES programs. With a growing interest in Agentic MES tools, I’m constantly exploring how modular thinking and smart orchestration can reshape how we design, deploy, and support MES across the enterprise.
