The Pop in your Job: What drives you? What is your passion?:
The drive for my job is to secure and increase the total quality of the product million of patients rely on every year. The process understanding combined with data and statistical tools can increase the overall quality of the product to the marked. Total quality not just the chemical quality, but also includes all the elements that makes the manufacturing efficient. To do this we need to focus on CQAs (Ys), CCPs (Xs), the measurements, the controls, data collection and continues improvement – all in the frame of compliance with regulatory expectations.
