Ciera is an experienced Industry Change Leader with a strong background in engineering and computerized systems across pharmaceutical and biotech sectors. She currently leads the IT Digital and Data Phorum program at BioPhorum, where she manages the strategic direction and delivery of cross-functional initiatives, working closely with the leadership team to define priorities and bring them to life. Alongside this, she continues to facilitate the MES of the Future team, supporting global biomanufacturers in navigating MES adoption and aligning digital transformation with business value.

Ciera’s expertise spans Packaging, Facilities, Engineering, Serialization, MES, and Business Systems. She is passionate about improving internal processes to enhance member experience and deliver high-value services. Her work is grounded in Pharma 4.0 principles, with a focus on enabling scalable, future-ready solutions in regulated environments.
