I'm currently working in Menarini, the leading Italian pharmaceutical company (the 13th pharmaceutical company in Europe) that, with a total headcount of 17.000 employees, controls a group with 16 manufacturing sites, 6 research centers and a global presence in 136 countries.
I'm part of Menarini's Corporate Demand Management department were I serve as the liason between the Information Tecnology and Organizational Develepment departments and the business key users for operations, pharmacovigilance, regulatory, R&D and Diagnostics.
I'm in charge of collecting business user requirements, facilitating the harmonization of softwares and applications used across the Group and of providing the business with new possible solutions that could effectively satisfy their needs. As part of the demand management department we're also trying to support and foster change throughout the organization.
As Demand Manager I'm also responsible for supporting the Project Management team of key initiatives carried out on a global level, with a specific focus on the IDentification of Medicinal Products (IDMP) program lauched by EMA, QC/QA business process flows and Industry 4.0 related topics.
In addition to this I have been appointed as the Project Manager for the Menarini Corporate Track and Trace software implementation project following which I had the chance of becoming an expert in pharma related serialization processes.
In my past experiece I've been working as the responsible of the controlling operations for an International, Italian based, retail company were I was also heavily involved in technological transformation processes, primarily related to the company's information systems.
Before that I worked as a counsultant for Accenture being responsible of SAP Fincance and Controlling implementations projects in the pharma industry, primarily carried out abroad (Belgium, Switzerland, US and Denmark).
