Franesc Luque was Born in Barcelona and has a degree in Computer Science and MBA from La Salle BS. He has developed a 30 years career in smart manufacturing, MES/MOM and process automation mainly in Lifescience and process industries holding several roles and working for different types of companies both small and large such as Emerson, Boehringer Ingelheim, etc. His main drive is helping people make their jobs easier by streamlining their processes and gaining efficiency and quality. He is now MES/MOM Director of Almirall and leads their Integrated Factory program; an initiative to implement MES / EBR and digitalize Almirall’s Manufacturing Operations globally enabling operations, processes and people gain access to valuable information instantly.
