Since 2015, Joaquim Oms Arias is Department Manager for Production & Engineering at Almirall Hermal GmbH in Reinbek, Germany. In this role, he is project lead for the implementation of production systems, leading manufacturing and packaging. This responsibilities, also extend to Track & Trace, MES, scheduling and automatic KPI’s calculation.

Before taking on this position, Joaquim had various positions within Almirall: department lead for packaging (2012 – 2014), Operational Excellence, packaging (2012), lead of business unit solids (2007 – 2011).
