Matthias Flement is a seasoned MES Senior Engineer with extensive experience in the Life Science and Healthcare industry. Over the years, he has developed deep expertise in MES implementations, specialising in the technical intricacies and integrations of these systems, particularly PAS-X. Currently, Matthias serves as the MES Business Asset Owner for the EMEA CAR-T Manufacturing Site at Johnson & Johnson, where he leverages his strong technical knowledge to drive operational excellence and innovation.
