Therese Schønemann Blom is Serialization IT Specialist at Xellia Pharmaceuticals, based in Denmark, responsible for business applications (SME) for Serialization systems and HP ALM.
I have 3+ years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry and before that I have worked with medical devices. I am a young driven female that loves a challenge (and we all know how challenging serialization can be 😉). My career has revolved highly around patient safety by ensuring and maintaining validated high quality IT solutions used in business-critical processes. I collaborate with a bunch of different functions and professions from different countries on a day-to-day basis. In addition to my work as an SME for serialization and validation systems within Xellia I also have Project Management tasks outside of my normal work areas focusing on continuous improvement across the IT discipline.

I spend my time outside of work with friends and family. I love working out and have lately taken up Padel tennis with a group of friends. I am very social and always up for a chat over drinks.
