Since May 2020 Zinaid Dzinovis is Director Principal Consulting & Client Advisory at Werum IT Solutions GmbH. Before, Zinaid Dzinovis was Global Business Process Integration Lead at Novartis AG, in Basel, Switzerland. His core responsibility areas were global MES process harmonization for sterile Novartis sites, strategic support and advisory to global NTO MES Business Owner, global MES vendor management, interface management to global IT, automation, quality, MS&T as well as development of global governance structures. Since January 2015, Zinaid was Program Manager MES at Novartis Pharma Stein AG, in Stein, Switzerland. He was the program manager for MES PAS-X V3 rollout and replacement of legacy systems in the Novartis site Stein, line Manager of MES Business Operations team and he is also a member of the unit for Strategy & PMO Steriles. Before taking on his current position, Zinaid was Team Leader/Project Manager (PMP-certified) at Werum IT Solutions GmbH, in Lüneburg, Germany.
